Alfas del Pi offers a wide range of activities and with its multi-cultural society there is an international feel to the town. In La Nucia there is access to newly created golf courses, great restaurants and the Terra Mitica and Terra Natura Theme Parks. Playa Albir has a wonderful beach area with dining experiences for all budgets, and leads to the port area of Altea with its cobbled streets and artisan shops. The village of Polop de la Marina (once a baronial estate) is set in glorious mountain ranges with great hiking and walks, adventure sports for those that are interested, and offers the visitor a sample of typical Spanish life away from the “madding crowds”.
