Property Rental:
Having lived and worked in the Alfas del Pi area on the Costa Blanca for a number of years, Villa Valet is very aware of the importance of finding the right people to manage, maintain and care for your home here, whether this be a permanent home or as a holiday or rental investment.

Leaving your home can be a worry, whether leaving it empty or having rental guests .If you are buying your home as a holiday rental investment, Villa Valet is able to offer a short term holiday rental management service to ensure the smooth running of your home. We will:

• Advertise: the property for you on selected web sites (including on our own web site free of charge) as well as through local contacts in the Alfas area on the Costa Blanca.
• Booking Management: we will manage all enquiries, and handle the booking processes through to completion.
• Booking Forms and Terms & Conditions: these are produced for each villa, which guests must sign prior to renting the villa to help reassure clients that only those most suitable will be guaranteed a booking.
• Arrival and departure changes: These include full weekly laundry and ironing service for linens, bath and kitchen towels, and full cleaning services for each week of rental bookings.
• Directions: We provide directions to each villa, and also produce a list of “house rules” and instructions.
• Guest Arrival: we will arrange to meet all guests on arrival to hand over keys and show them how the house operates.
• Weekly e-mail progress reports: we provide weekly reports to clients, that will highlight the level of guest satisfaction and departure reports will also include any damage to the property by rental guests, for which we retain on your behalf some of the security deposit.
• Meter readings: we will take meter readings for water and electricity to ensure no excessive use (for which we would again retain some of the security deposit), and also arrange to change gas bottles if necessary.
• Welcome pack: including any basic shopping required by guests on arrival, a list of local attractions, local restaurants, house “rules” and instructions (for example, the washing machine, TV system etc).
