The decision to buy a property abroad, whether as a permanent home or as an investment, can be a daunting one at the best of times. Language may present a barrier as well as the concern of operating in a different business environment. For many attracted by the idea of buying a home in the sun, the key question is “where to start?”

The owners of Villa Valet have successfully purchased and sold property in Spain. This first hand experience of the processes involved enables Villa Valet to offer a personalised Property Search Service to assist clients realise their ambitions.

How it works:
There are numerous Estate Agents (Inmobiliaria’s) located in the Alfas del Pi region of the Costa Blanca alone. We act as your sole point of local contact to conduct a personalised Property Search Service. Liaising with various local agents, Villa Valet will identify a shortlist of suitable properties for you within four weeks of the commencement of the contract. To arrive at a preferred shortlist, Villa Valet will:

• View the potentially most suitable properties on your behalf.
• Provide you with details of between five and ten properties short-listed against the criteria contained in your Property Specification Form.
• Provide outline floor plans of the short-listed properties, with measurements and a set of internal/external photographs - either digital or film as desired.

Villa Valet does not stop there. If clients decide to proceed with the purchase of a property offered by us, we will then act as the local point of contact to assist with all the relevant paperwork through to completion of the purchase. Villa Valet can speak to banks, lawyers, Gestoria’s (tax advice) to ensure that everything is prepared correctly.

Villa Valet also offers an aftercare package to ensure that your property is managed to a high standard. We offer a Property Management Service and Rental Management Service and can help you with reputable contractors for construction work, plumbing, electrics, or any other service required. We can help you settle in to the area, identify schools, local attractions, social events etc.

Next Steps:
By completing the form below and sending this off to us we can start to help you find the property you desire. We will immediately send you the Property Search Service Contract and Specification Form. Within four weeks you will receive a shortlist of up to 10 suitable properties matching your specification, each complete with the agents listing, outline floor plans and measurements and a set of 12 or more photographs – either digital or film as desired.

Note:

Villa Valet does request an initial retainer fee to undertake the Property Search Service. This is detailed in the Contract and Terms and Conditions that will be forwarded with each enquiry.
